The unofficial PIREP pilot healthy eating survey
Here it is, the first unofficial PIREP pilot healthy eating survey.
What we want to know, is how you think your professional lifestyle affects your health.
As professional pilots, our income is dependent upon us being able to maintain a current CPL/ATPL, which in turn requires a valid medical.

I was about to say I hope this doesn't include pilots alcohol intakes but from the last option I see it does.
Wonder will there be some 'poetic licence' taken with the truth.

COOKING WITH JEPPESEN
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove Jeppesen manual from flight bag.
CHECK latest revisions are current.
PLACE inverted IRON in the JEPP BINDER RINGS (Company Manual may be substituted) (see below)
PREHEAT iron on HIGH for 5 minutes
To steam vegetables, you must put in water and use manual sprayer
It usually takes less than 10 minutes to steam....
Hamburgers, steaks and small PIZZA can be placed DIRECTLY on the IRON FACE
Use IRONING BOARD with towel tablecloth if entertaining guests.
Do NOT use HOTEL Drinking glasses.
Plastic cups should be obtained from aircraft stock via the cabin crew prior to the end of the flight.
